TD Bank Advertising Research & Concept Development Study
This independent design research project explores how financial institutions can improve customer engagement through the strategic integration of visual storytelling and information design. The study focuses on TD Bank and examines how banking products and services can be communicated more effectively through a combination of emotionally driven imagery, simplified data visualization, and clear messaging.
Using AI-assisted resresearchresearch, Iby strategically integratingearch, I analyzed TD Bank's brand identity, customer demographics, advertising approach, and market positioning. Based on these findings, I developed a series of advertising concepts designed to appeal to different audience segments, including families, professionals, and small business owners. The project investigates how design can help translate complex financial information into content that is approachable, engaging, and easy to understand while maintaining a premium and trustworthy brand presence.
The resulting campaign concepts combine high-quality editorial-style imagery with carefully structured infographic elements, demonstrating how research-informed design decisions can improve communication, enhance user understanding, and strengthen brand perception.
